GRAD ActGranting Resources and Autonomies for Diplomas, the GRAD Act, was signed into law in June 2010. UNO entered into a 6-year performance agreement. In exchange, if UNO meets its obligations, it will have increased tuition authority and eligibility to participate in certain autonomies. Louisiana Board of Regents maintains a repository for university agreements, annual reports and instructions for all participating institutions. In addition to individual institutional reports, BOR produces an annual statewide report, Annual Designations for Year 1 to report progress, and Progress Towards Targeted Measures which show Student Success for each system and each institution.
